Getting to know Rebekah Lee

With a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring a unique blend of clinical training and deep compassion to the therapeutic space. Before entering the mental health field, I spent 12 years working closely with children and families as a preschool teacher and director of children’s programs that continue to inform my holistic, person-centered approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am passionate about human development through life's challenges and transitions. My clinical work is grounded in a systemic perspective, where I view individuals within the context of their relationships, culture, and environments. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their identities and experiences without judgment. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic health issues, neurodivergence, family conflict, and LGBTQ+ identity and inclusion. My approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Experiential/Satir methods — helping clients explore their stories, build meaningful coping skills, and move toward lasting healing and growth. My style is warm, patient, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels right for them because therapy is personal. Outside the therapy room, you might find me knitting, crocheting, or diving down a random rabbit hole of something new. I bring that same open, curious, laid-back energy into my work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first appointment is typically a 60-minute intake where we get to know each other. We start with your health history, current concerns, and the changes you would like to see. Each following session is usually 45-50 minutes and structured around your specific goals. I take a collaborative approach, so we'll make decisions together and adjust your care plan as your needs evolve. I also leave time at the end of each visit for questions.
