"Hello, I'm Rebekah. Life has been challenging over the past several years for many people. The pandemic, fluctuations in employment, and job security have caused uncertainty and doubt. Therapy can help you navigate through this time of uncertainty and chaos. People deserve to be treated with dignity and respect while receiving the necessary support. I am an Independently Licensed Social Worker (LISW) and have an extensive background in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. I also have experience in addiction, where I am currently a supervisor. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Ohio University in 2005 and a Master's Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University in 2010. Since graduating, I have had various positions such as case manager, community-based therapist, school-based therapist, and inpatient therapist. I have also done contract work in crisis services, serving the local ER by conducting suicide assessments. I am currently working as a site supervisor at a treatment center and also providing telehealth therapy for clients who are ready to take that extra step and ask for help navigating through this difficult time. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach and look forward to working with you."
