Psychotherapist

Asking for help can be difficult for anyone, even therapists. What's important is the desire for change and the courage to take that first step. Whether you are experiencing lifestyle changes, anxiety, depression, difficulty managing ADHD, or substance abuse, I can work with you to build mastery and confidence in your ability to make positive changes. I truly believe that we all have the ability to change. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Widener University and offer a variety of skills to assist with anxiety, depression, ADHD, time management, and substance abuse. When working with clients, I use DBT and CBT to identify behaviors and negative thoughts. Together, we can explore different ways of approaching those actions to target individual and personalized changes. Feelings are valid-it is okay to feel everything you are going through. Let's work together to develop better ways of managing those feelings or building skills to address behaviors. Life is difficult, but that does not mean we must deny part of who we are in the process.
