Getting to know Regent Ham

Hello, I'm Regent. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas, Arlington. Do you feel overwhelmed by your current relationships, circumstances, and environment? I work with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and depression symptoms, utilizing a person-centered approach to create coping strategies and communication skills. I offer a confidential space to vent and work on day-to-day issues that are continually changing and transforming. I will assist by coaching you on finding mindfulness and feeling confident in your mind and spirit. In all of our sessions together, I provide a judgment-free zone so you can feel comfortable speaking freely and processing any concerns, issues, or traumas. Let's come together and create a plan centered on your needs to help reduce your stress!

What should a new client know about working with you?

After our initial intake together, I will continue to build a strong rapport with you and identify problem areas to work on together. After we have worked together for some time, you can feel comfortable with a therapist who wants to focus on you and your needs. Every day, things change so whether we continue where we left off last session or a new challenge arises, be assured that we will work together to problem solve and feel better!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
