One of the best things I can do for you is help you process the problem that brought you to therapy. When the emotional brain is activated, it is hard for the rational brain to work though issues. Therefore, if you think you may have been traumatized, have an anxiety issue that is greatly affecting your life, or don't know how to overcome depression symptoms, I can help. I can help you discover who you really are. Using a variety of techniques from the therapeutic toolbox I created for you, you will be able to choose which approaches work and which ones don't. Techniques that address your thinking process, such as cognitive processing therapy for trauma, and creative ways of self-expression will be employed. Thoughts create our consciousness and are powerful. I feel that I have a natural understanding of people and their problems. It is very intuitive, and I treat each person individually.
