I hold a Master's in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. I provide personalized care and a supportive space for growth. What should a new client know about working with you?
All clients will receive a comprehensive assessment and an individualized treatment plan. Our approach is person-centered, tailored to each client’s unique needs. We emphasize collaboration between the psychiatrist and therapist to ensure holistic care.
As a group practice, the therapist initially assigned may not always be the best fit based on your treatment goals and insurance coverage. However, we are committed to working with you to find the most suitable provider to support your journey.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
A typical session focuses on understanding your unique needs through open conversation and compassionate care. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, set goals, and use proven strategies to support growth and healing, allowing you the opportunity to do the work required to heal. Each session is tailored to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
*Please note that we are an agency, which means the clinician you are initially matched with may not always be your long-term provider. Based on availability and clinical needs, you may be reassigned to another team member. However, we always strive to accommodate your preferences and make every effort to honor client requests whenever possible.
