What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session will focus on identifying your reason for counseling and we will set a few goals for you. The following sessions will focus on meeting those goals one by one. Every few weeks we will adjust your goals and discuss your progress. Finally, once we have reached the necessary goals, we will discuss ending counseling or consider reducing your sessions to quarterly check-ins or scheduling meetings as needed.
