UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I have a wealth of practical experience helping individuals navigate the struggles of everyday life. My work history includes 21 years with a state agency addressing abuse, neglect, and the financial exploitation of vulnerable individuals. My role was to ensure they were free of abuse and receiving the services necessary to heal. Additionally, I have 6 years of clinical experience in schools working with children ages 6 to 18, as well as adults of all ages. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Amberton University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana. I believe that all individuals possess the tools necessary to conquer life's challenges. My role is to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and build skills for healthy living.
