Getting to know Regina Walker
With more than 25 years of experience, I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and other emotional challenges in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
As the CEO of Sunflower Consulting: Counseling and Therapy Services, PLLC, my goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting change. I use a personalized, strengths-based approach that respects each client's unique experiences and goals.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Texas Southern University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) and Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), I am committed to providing high-quality, culturally responsive care that empowers clients to improve their mental health and overall well-being.
