I desire to provide excellent clinical services by assisting, supporting, and listening to clients. Change starts with taking the first step! I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in my clients' lives.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I specialize in CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy while being able to integrate several different therapeutic approaches to assist my clients. I hope to assist clients in addressing depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, low self-esteem, substance abuse, and many more areas of concern.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
During the initial assessment, I focus on building rapport through clinical assessment and diagnosis(which is basically identifying problem areas and symptoms). Rapport building continues throughout each session. In subsequent sessions, I focus on applying several therapeutic approaches while empowering clients through specific strategies and tools.
