I have certifications in DBT and ADHD treatment as well. I enjoy working with teens, adults and couples virtually.

I will help you focus on your goals, at a speed that you feel comfortable with. I hope to help motivate you to make positive changes for a happier and healthier YOU!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I hope to help you determine where you can focus your attention to begin working toward your goals. We will identify obstacles that have been holding you back from making the changes you hope to. In our next sessions, we will work to develop new and positive habits. These habits will inspire you to continue to make positive changes!
