With over 30 years of experience as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Drug and Alcohol counselor, I have successfully partnered with people to assist with trauma, anxiety, major mental illness, bipolar, relationship issues, and addictions. I also specialize in working with military members and their families, providing support for PTSD and other related issues. My practice is holistic, incorporating both mental and physical exploration to promote overall wellness. I am a client-centered therapist, focused on individual needs while providing empathy, and sometimes added humor. I believe in treating individuals with a combination of empathy, compassion, and safety. In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, walking in nature, weight lifting, yoga, and painting. These activities help me stay grounded and balanced, and I often encourage my clients to find their own passions and hobbies as part of their healing journey.
