Hello there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Minnesota is where I call home. Most of my 25 years of experience has been in a variety of therapeutic educational settings, primarily with teens and young adults. I enjoy learning about the young person I am working with. Together we can figure out what you feel is most important for you to work on in therapy and if you are not sure it is ok, we will figure it out together. I also enjoy supporting parents, of all age groups, and have the most professional experience working with parents of infants and early childhood. If you are a parent and are seeking therapy for issues related to parenting, I would be honored to support you (and your partners, if that applies) with strengthening your parent/child relationships. I am unique in the sense that I seek our and invite opportunities to learn, know and work with clients in non-traditional roles and lifestyles. Some examples include having many years of experience serving and supporting non-gender conforming and transgender youth.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
