Getting to know Renee Hawkins

Hi! I am a clinical social worker with extensive training in trauma, anxiety, personality disorders, ADHD, and adult autism. I have been seeing clients since 2018. I graduated with my master’s degree in clinical social work from The University of Texas at Arlington, and I am currently working on my doctorate in advanced neuroscience-informed clinical social work. I like to blend the most up-to-date neuroscience in an integrated therapy approach that is as unique as my clients are. I have a special interest in adults who have ADHD and/or autism, as they have often struggled to find a therapist who is the right fit for them. It’s incredibly important to me to provide a safe place for my clients to explore who they are in the most authentic way possible. This is key not only to learning how to manage emotional storms in the moment but also to helping my clients learn and grow far beyond their time with me.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
