Let’s do this together! In 2010, I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Master's Degree in Counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with many different presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and more. I am also a military wife who understands the culture and struggles associated with military life. I am happy to offer support to our veterans, active duty service members, and their families. No matter your walk of life, I am here to help you. I specialize in working with ADHD, children's mental and behavioral health, family relationships, life transitions, military and veteran support, OCD, PTSD, stress, anxiety, depression, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, learning disorders, and trauma. My approach is client-centered, and I believe in creating a collaborative and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
