I am grateful and excited for the opportunity to help clients seeking healing and personal growth. I am a person-centered therapist who believes all clients are experts in their own growth and I am the guide on the healing journey. As an eclectic therapist; I draw from a wide variety of counseling theories and techniques to help meet each client where that client is when we meet. I am open to helping individuals from all walks of life with any presenting issues. I have a great deal of experience working with adolescents and persons suffering from trauma; addictions; depression; mood disorders; and life changes.
