I have over 8 years of experience working with diverse populations, genders, and age groups. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Stony Brook University, specializing in trauma. I have supported individuals facing barriers related to substance use, mental health disorders, end-of-life stages and transitions, as well as relationship discord.

My strength is viewing individuals openly, and working collaboratively towards finding joy, discovering and honoring your unique true self. New experiences can bring challenges however, with that comes the chance for open opportunities to illuminate self-empowerment and create the life you deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take pride in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment, where strong therapeutic trust can be formed. I practice person-centered, strength-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. You will feel aligned with your goals while receiving genuine unconditional positive support along the way.
