I’m Renee Storti, a Licensed Master Social Worker who supports adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the complicated process of figuring out who they are — outside of expectations, roles, and people-pleasing patterns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach blends evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
Together we’ll work on increasing self-awareness, understanding the patterns that shape your relationships and choices, and building practical tools that help you navigate stress, emotions, and life transitions with more confidence.
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s helping you feel more connected to yourself and more confident in the decisions you make moving forward.
