I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-backed therapeutic approach designed to help individuals heal from trauma, anxiety and emotional distress. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I offer a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore and process difficult emotions, memories, and life experiences. My approach In addition to EMDR, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Faith Based counseling. My focus As a Licensed Professional Counselor and EMDR Therapist, I work with clients who are struggling with a wide range of issues, including Anxiety, Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Complex Trauma, Depression, Grief, Self Esteem, and Relationship concerns. Through the EMDR process I help individuals reprocess distressing memories and beliefs, allowing for greater emotional resilience, improved mental health and a renewed sense of empowerment.
