Greetings. My name is Renee Taylor, and I am a counselor, educator, motivator, and certified sex therapist. My approach to therapy is holistic and eclectic, focusing on the individual's total health and strengths. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I focus on the client's strengths and incorporate self-love and mindfulness to aid my clients in their growth and healing process. I am EMDR trained and use a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as narrative therapy, empowerment, meditation, and cognitive behavior, among others, in my practice.
