I am Renisha C. Oubre, a certified counselor and educator with over 10 years of experience. My education - a Master's degree in Counseling - complements my role as a caregiver for people facing various life challenges. I focus on a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship troubles to behavioural problems and family conflicts.
My clientele ranges from children to adults, which include couples as well as individuals with autism. I tend to each person's unique needs by utilizing techniques like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. The tailored treatments prioritize clients' comfort by maintaining a warm, collaborative environment free of judgment.

I chose to be a therapist because I am a firm believer in the capability of individuals to discover hope and resilience. Witnessing a person overcome hurdles and build a healthier future is an incredible part of my career – it fuels my passion for empowering people to understand that we can always cultivate a healthier response mechanism, even if we don't control every aspect of life.
Besides my work, I'm an advocate of mental health awareness and create educational resources. I find joy in family time and motivating others. My faith and dedication inspire me daily.
