My name is Renita and I am so excited to meet you! I have thirty years of experience in mental health with issues including anxiety depression grief and loss parenting and family issues drug addiction and trauma. I am a certified EMDR clinician to work with issues of trauma. I also have experience working with foster and adoptive parents. I work from a Christian approach if clients so desire but always work with the belief that our brains are powerful and we have the capacity to rewire our brains to heal emotional pain and trauma leading to a more hopeful and fulfilling life.
