My name is Renny Drinks, Psy.D. I am a psychology associate practicing under the supervision of Lillian Odera, Ph.D. I work with adults, families, and couples from a Psychodynamic and Family Systems approach. I have extensive experience addressing a wide range of psychological conditions, including attachment issues, trauma, adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, fertility and reproductive concerns, gender-related issues, depression, anxiety, identity development, relationship challenges, and life dissatisfaction, among others.
I earned both my Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA. Additionally, I completed my pre-doctoral internship at NorthEast Treatment Center. I have worked in diverse settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, and private practice. Since 2015, I have been in private practice with Spectrum Behavioral Health, which has since been acquired by LifeStance.
I believe that a vital component of successful therapy is the connection between the individual and therapist, where the individual feels understood, seen, and heard. My goal is to create an atmosphere of compassion, hope, respect, and safety. I also utilize a collaborative approach to ensure treatment is tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. I look forward to meeting with you.
