Getting to know Reno Gomez

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S), I help individuals navigate relationship challenges, manage their moods, and address trauma-related symptoms. My experience in individual and group outpatient services, along with crisis intervention, equips me to provide the necessary tools for your recovery. I focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship, allowing us to explore your strengths and develop the skills to overcome life’s obstacles. I aim to empower you to become your own therapist and become more embodied to help leave our sessions with a stronger sense of self and the confidence to move forward independently. I have received training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and integrate person-centered, relational approaches to assist with formation of the clinical relationship. I am also a Texas Social Work Board approved supervisor, and provide clinical supervision to LMSW’s using a cultural-relational model of supervision.
