I am passionate about helping people navigate the choppy waters of life. I love to help people grow, resource, and find ways to cope with their distressing feelings.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, I graduated with my master’s from Barry University. I’ve worked with teens and adults, with special training in bereavement, trauma, life changes, loss, anxiety, depression, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Because I am new the field of counselor, I can offer a fresh perspective and truly tailer a client's treatment to their personal needs using the most recent research. I have previous experience as a small business owner for over 10 years and understand the complexities of life through my own experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My philosophy is we all have patterns from our past that can help us change our future for the better. I want my clients to feel comfortable, welcomed, and unjudged. Working with me you’ll find you have a partner in your journey for better mental health. Reaching out can feel difficult, but it is the first step in making a difference for yourself.
