Can’t stop overthinking? Worried you’re making the wrong choices? Feel like everyone else has it figured out but you? Or maybe you're scared of disappointing people you love and care about. If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’re definitely not alone. The pressure to make the right decisions, manage school or work, maintain relationships, and figure out your future can leave you feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. You may find yourself doomscrolling, comparing yourself to others, losing sleep, or taking your stress out on people you care about. If you’re tired of carrying it all on your own, I’m here to help. Therapy can be a space to slow down, step away from all the noise, and focus on you. Together, we’ll sort through what’s weighing on you, explore what you truly want for yourself, and help you make choices that align with the life you want to build. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling less stressed, more confident, and finally able to breathe. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to figuring things out on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We’ll build trust over time, take things at your pace, and you’ll never be pushed to share something you’re not ready for. I'd be honored to support you, reach out for a free consult! More Than Just My Work Quote: “I want to be defined by the things I love.” – Taylor Swift Ease: In my free time, I enjoy baking sweet treats, taking dance classes, watching TV shows/movies, going to concerts, and doing yoga. Fun fact: I’m really into football, and I’m a fan of the San Francisco 49ers.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I know starting therapy can feel a little uncomfortable, especially if you’re not used to opening up or aren’t quite sure what to expect. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, talk openly about what’s going on, and feel supported without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative in my approach. I’ll listen and help you process what you’re going through, but I’ll also be active in our sessions by asking questions, helping you recognize patterns, and providing practical tools you can use outside of therapy. You don’t have to know exactly what you want to work on before we start. We can figure that out together. I welcome your feedback along the way so we can make sure therapy feels helpful and is moving you toward the changes you want to see.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll start with an assessment where I’ll get to know you and learn more about what’s bringing you to therapy. From there, we’ll set goals together and talk, in your own words, about what you’d like to get out of therapy. We’ll typically meet weekly at first and work toward those goals together. I’ll also provide practical tools to help you manage things like anxiety, depression, stress, and overwhelming emotions, so you can start building skills that help you feel better and more in control in your everyday life. As you make progress and begin meeting your treatment goals, we can talk about moving to biweekly sessions. Eventually, when you feel confident in the progress you’ve made and no longer feel like you need therapy, we’ll work toward ending therapy together. Therapy is a collaborative process. I’m always open to hearing what feels helpful, what doesn’t, and what you’d like to do differently. This is your space, and I want our work together to feel supportive and useful to you.

We make using your out-of-network benefits easy Many of our clients use their out-of-network insurance benefits to make therapy more affordable. Depending on your plan, some clients may receive 50–80% reimbursement after meeting their deductible. And the best part? We can handle the paperwork for you. We’ll submit claims directly to your insurance on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about submitting superbills or navigating the reimbursement process yourself. All you have to do is check your benefits, show up for therapy, and let us take care of the rest.
