*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* Ever felt trapped by unspoken rules? You know-the "keep it in the family" or "we don't talk about those things" that leave you feeling stifled' I grew up in a culture where mental health was more taboo than talk. As I grew and traveled, I gained new perspectives on the universal need for a place to express and heal. I made a promise to be that bridge for others. Working with diverse groups-from BIPOC children and adults with trauma histories to young adults grappling with life's challenges-my goal has always been to offer a space of understanding and safety. Along this journey, you can trust that I'll always listen, understand, and intuitively know when you're holding back and need a gentle push. I bring a background of over a decade in the healthcare system, allowing me to witness the silent battles many face. My approach is collaborative, authentic, and resourceful, utilizing a blend of traditional therapeutic methods and creative interventions tailored to you. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College, City University of New York, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively. Your experiences, identity, and struggles make you unique, not broken. Ready to share your journey with someone who gets it' Remember, with every challenge faced, there's an opportunity for healing and growth. Here's to taking that next step together. Said one of Rhea's patients: “Rhea is incredible. A life saver, truly.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals from all walks of life who are experiencing family issues, dealing with past trauma, navigating gender identity, work stress, and general life challenges. I also have experience working with clients who have struggled with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and PTSD.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My number one priority is to give my clients a safe space to express themselves and begin their healing journey. Throughout my career, I have found myself to be a “professional friend” to many of my clients with whom they can be their true selves, sharing their story without judgment or pressures.
