I received my Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development in 2011 from Lindsey Wilson College. My approach to counseling is meeting you where you are in life. Counseling looks different for everyone. My modality is more CBT mixed with some Reality Therapy. The session is yours and want you too always feel safe and feel hears.
