Getting to know Rhoda Donnelly

30 years of working with children, families, elderly, military, and international populations has given me great insight into helping you manage those things that burden and overwhelm you. Anxiety, grief, depression, divorce, parenting, co-parenting, ADHD, and child behavior have become my specialties.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My warm and welcoming style is backed by knowledge and professionalism. I use an integrative approach whereby I lean on all of the methods I have learned and craft an approach that will best meet your specific needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, you can tell me what goals you want to achieve. I will also review the answers on your Intake Form and ask a few more questions to get to know you better. There might be homework such as worksheets, journaling, or tracking charts, but it will all be individualized towards meeting your goals.
