Recovering and changing from life's difficulties requires someone who can understand you without judgment. I understand how addiction can overpower you and what it takes to overcome it and stay sober. I have experience working with issues related to death, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, anger, and relationship challenges. Some of my other specialties include improving low self-esteem, managing stress, anxiety, grief and loss, coping with divorce, infidelity, and exploring the power of forgiveness. Most of my clients report feeling relieved after the first two sessions and continue to use and apply the tools provided. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. I am eager to work with you at your own pace and help you achieve your recovery goals.
