I received a master's degree in Counseling from Webster University and have practiced for more than 20 years. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping individuals manage anger, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered.
