I've had the privilege to journey with clients for over 13 years. My belief as a clinician holds that the most useful tool in therapy is the collaborative relationship between therapist and client. I operate from what is often referred to as a psychodynamic or relational psychodynamic approach. In therapy; our tasks are to build a trusting relationship; to discover and understand your beliefs/feelings on their deepest levels; to discover how your history and experiences have shaped your beliefs; and then address how these beliefs have either helped or limited you.
