My name is Rian, and I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified group facilitation specialist with over fourteen years of experience in working with LGBTQ+ youth and parents, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, relationship dynamics, marriage and family, and ethical non-monogamy, with a specialization in group facilitation, and I am a proud Caribbean American. It would be an honor to work with you to help you achieve your personal goals and be a witness to your success! My approach is eclectic, direct, creative, and integrative; grounded in evidence-based practices, such as person-centred therapy, the existential approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
