Getting to know Ricardo Bautista

I enjoy empowering patients to reach their goals by building rapport, providing psychoeducation, and providing feedback to make changes. I've been trained in different Evidence-Based Programs. I meet the patients where they are but challenge them when needed. I like to use Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Solution-focused interventions for the patient to accomplish their goals. I have a specialty in Gender Care for patients who are exploring more about themselves and want to learn options. I do enjoy working with college students and providing coping skills and patients who are adjusting to life. I'm a therapist with Octave and Evernorth Behavioral Care Group.
