Rich is by far one of the best people to talk to. Not only is he very open minded, but he is also encouraging, someone who is VERY easy to trust and open up to, and very challenging when it comes to your negative thoughts you are having.

I did not leave a poor review for personal reasons. The provider is hard working and motivated. I have severe trauma and ptsd which debilitates my daily life. The provider also has severe trauma and upsetting post public service issues. As a psychotherapist which appears in a ptsd/trauma category, in three sessions now, I have never once had the opportunity to speak of what has caused me trauma in my life. This provider would probably be fantastic for Veterans of the military or post law enforcement, however for others outside of those parameters, very unlikely. Clinical vs. experience type of treatment. If you need to explain the way you feel, in order to seek and gain professional help, underlying and complicated/painful issues you need help with, this is not your provider. Again, respect to the man and his trials and tribulations, I am seeking therapy to figure myself out, heal my own issues.
