He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University and over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Rich has worked with adolescents, adults, and families, providing individual, crisis, and family therapy to clients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds with a wide range of mental health needs. His experience includes working in schools, residential programs, and community settings. He has also supported foster youth, persons on probation, victims of violence and abuse, military and law enforcement personnel, clients struggling with substance issues, and persons of faith. Rich employs a variety of treatment perspectives tailored to best meet the needs and goals of each client.
