What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to provide a space for every client to better understand themselves. I collaborate with the client in analysis of thought, feeling, and action to gain insight into and mastery over the self. With couples, sessions are emotion-focused and informed by the Gottman method, with the goal of improving communication.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work with individuals is a combination of CBT, logotherapy, and a psychodynamic therapy where I collaborate with the client in analysis of thought, feeling, and action to gain insight into and mastery over the self. With couples, sessions are emotion-focused and informed by the Gottman method, with the goal of improving communication.
