What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with BIPOLAR DISORDER, DEPRESSION, FAMILY (including PARENTING challenges) and/or COUPLES difficulties, and ANGER MANAGEMENT. My COUPLES & FAMILY counseling applies experience and training in highly effective and researched approaches for helping couples and families achieve greater happiness. I also provide a straight-forward approach to ANGER MANAGEMENT counseling. Individuals, couples and families can and do overcome life's challenges, and find peace and joy. Family members and couples who dream of love, acceptance, and joy, believe that they are within your grasp; they are yours to embrace. BIPOLAR disorder, like many other conditions, requires special attention but does not have to prevent anyone from enjoying a successful, productive, and happy life. This is also true for DEPRESSION and ANGER issues.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session usually begins with dealing with whatever is currently at the top of the client's list of concerns he, she, or they are struggling with. We want to stay on top of how well you, as a client, are progressing towards your goals. We will make adjustments, if needed, in how we approach your struggles. I believe that we all as human beings have much in common, but everyone is a unique individual. Therefore, our approaches to helping you heal, grow, and reach your own happiness, will be based on your uniqueness.
