Please note: We do not accept Medicaid but offer out-of-network benefits for eligible plans. If you require a diagnostic assessment with a written confirmation letter, a minimum of three (3) completed sessions is required. Richard has provided consultation for a non-profit board of directors, case management for a community mental health clinic, and facilitated government partnerships across the military and VA Palo Alto.
