I offer in-person therapy throughout the greater Tampa Bay area and support children, teens, and adults who experience challenges related to emotional regulation, life transitions, attention, executive functioning, sensory sensitivities, and feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to fit into environments, expectations, or systems that don’t align with their unique ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world. While these differences often bring valuable strengths and perspectives, they can also create difficulties with focus, organization, relationships, self-confidence, and managing stress. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we work to better understand your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you navigate challenges and create meaningful, sustainable change in your daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you book an appointment with me, our Administrative Team will create a patient chart for you and send you paperwork that you will need to complete so that I can prepare for our first session. Our Billing Department will also be in contact with you, PRIOR to your first appointment verify your insurance benefits and ensure that you understand any out of pockets costs that you may have.
