Psychotherapist

The provider is a Licensed Professional Counselor, license number 37PC00612800. Some days, getting out of bed can feel like an impossible task. You may have thoughts about what the day will bring and feel dread. When you do get up, perhaps you begin a countdown to the weekend or even to the end of the day. It's getting harder to find motivation to fulfill your duties at work and home. You put a pause on personal goals. You may feel disconnected or find yourself snapping at others over little things. Frequent thoughts like, “I can't seem to figure out what is wrong. I need to pull it together. Why can't things be different?” may live in your head rent-free. This is unpleasant and certainly isn't you. Take a moment and imagine if that wasn't the case. What would your life look like? Would you feel what you do matters and has purpose? Would you feel more focused and motivated to get things done? Would things that are not working for you disappear? If you have an idea of what this would look like but don't know how to get there, I can help. I know it's hard to feel stuck. As a counselor with a Master's in Community Counseling from Montclair State University and a certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, it is my job to get you “unstuck.” During my 9 years of experience, I have found that an integrative approach allows me to effectively collaborate with you, as partners, to create change in your life. If you are ready to learn more about how I can help, please contact me.
