I believe Richard is very attentive, relatable and understanding. His approach is to me one of the best due to not feeling like a standard relationship but more of a partnership in trying to help. He is great and after every session feel there is progress and always tries to steer me in the right mindset direction. I appreciate him very much and always eager for each session.

Mr. Pollino has been instrumental in leading me on the road to recovery. He is nonjudgmental, caring without being overbearing, and has fresh "out of the box" ideas on healthy alternatives for filling the void that's often created when choosing to rid your life of a long standing vice. He is also able to bring an upbeat vibe to our sessions, which I really appreciate since we're often discussing tough topics.
Additionally, Mr. Pollino is consistent with scheduling and flexible when life gets in the way, unexpectedly. Overall, he's genuinely interested in helping his patients and providing life changing strategies. I highly recommend.

Richard is amazing at what he does. This is my first experience with a therapist and have been skeptical for years. Richard has been an amazing addition to my life, my balance, my ability to talk through many of the things that have lingered in my life. He has provided clarity and understanding at my most vulnerable moments. Richard has given me key ways to continue to improve and ways to move forward. He has help with exercises for self improvement and regardless of the situation or circumstance, he is non judgmental and provides clarity and understanding. Highly recommended. For someone hesitant for years in doing therapy, Richard’s professionalism is the clarity and added piece I need for my continued growth.

I have had the pleasure of working with two therapists prior to working with Richard Pollino. I have been seeing him for a few months and have found the work we have done together has helped me more than any other therapy I have received in previous years. He is highly attentive, demonstrates empathy, and offers a slight touch of humor at the right times (something I enjoy and appreciate). I highly recommend him, as he has helped me grow and improve in many areas of my life.

Ryan is a great person to talk to - it always feels like he knows what to say and when to say it no matter the topic. For me specifically, Ryan has been able to guide me with my personal goals, helping me set new objectives while also letting go of some of my more problematic habits. Naturally, I'm still learning a lot, and I hope to continue to learn more from Ryan's expertise. His openminded approach helps me sort the causes of my problems, then resolve the smaller occurrences one by one. Great guy, can't wait for our next meeting!

I had always stigmatized therapy and felt that I would never be in a place where I would need to share my deepest thoughts with a stranger. Thankfully, Ryan is easy to talk to, which allowed me to feel comfortable sharing my feelings with him. He's always positive but doesn't sugar coat the issues. I came to Ryan in a crisis situation and he was able to give me the tools to help me deal with that specific issue. The amazing thing that I've found is that the tools & ideas that he has given me are allowing me to address issues in other areas of my life. I am truly grateful for his help and I've come to look forward to our sessions. ,

Richard Ryan Kenneth Pollino, is the therapist that I have been speaking with for the past month and a half. He is always on time for the sessions and opens with a welcoming greeting.
once we begin, he politely inquires into how I am feeling at the moment, and/ or if there is anything on my mind that I would like to address at the moment. Based on where we ended from the previous session, Ryan will provide a self-reflection assignment for our next meeting. I find this extremely helpful for my problem solving activity, as he give great feedback for growth and personal development. I highly recommend Richard Ryan to anyone working through emotional concerns or struggling with anxiety, anger, family concerns, or just seeking overall life-stability.

Richard Pollino has been an incredible support in helping me work through my feelings and better understand myself. He creates such a safe, welcoming space where I feel comfortable sharing even the hardest parts of my life. His approach is thoughtful and patient, and he has a way of helping me see things in a new, more positive light. Week by week, I’ve started noticing real changes in how I think and feel, and I can honestly say our sessions have had a lasting impact on my mental health and overall outlook.
What really stands out about Richard is how much he truly cares. He listens so attentively and always makes me feel understood, no matter what I bring to the table. He never rushes me and always takes the time to offer thoughtful guidance that fits my needs. Knowing I can reach out to him if I need support outside of our sessions has been so reassuring. I’m incredibly grateful for the way he’s helped me grow and for the sense of peace his guidance has brought into my life.

Every visit was great!
Ryan is a very good listener and always has great advice and solutions to issues/problems you may be having. I feel like he has really helped me A LOT to overcome things that were causing me to worry and have issues.
And I also have noticed that I’m not worrying about the things I used to worry about, and I feel like I have become a better person. Others have also noticed how much I have improved since I started going to Ryan.
I recommend going to him if you need help or advice!

When arriving for my appointment, I was almost always seen right away except for one or two times. During the appointments, my counselor was personable and patient when talking about/discussing difficult personal topics.
9 times out of 10 I would leave said appointments feeling satisfied with what was covered and discussed. I would recommend my counselor to others.
