What should a new client know about working with you?

In our initial sessions, you can expect a thoughtful exploration of your behavioral history, more about the facts of your life before exploring feelings and thoughts. The emphasis on the facts of your life provides the necessary context to deepen your understanding of yourself. This process is not just about addressing symptoms; it's about uncovering the underlying issues that contribute to your emotional struggles.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first two sessions are usually focussed on history and the reasons for seeking care. We will negotiate a treatment plan before proceeding with therapy to clarify the focus of sessions. Periodic reassements are made via evidence-based measures.
