I am a licensed psychologist in New York with a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University, Tempe Campus, and over 30 years of professional experience helping people as a therapist, coach, teacher, attorney, consultant, and Human Resources professional. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, trauma, relationships, and many other issues. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings, and beliefs can be shared without fear of judgment. I pride myself on fostering a therapeutic space where I am seen as casual, approachable, and genuine. I understand the importance of building trust and rapport with my clients, which allows them to show up authentically and experience acceptance and validation.
