My name is Richard Spires, and I hold a Master's in Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I believe in the therapeutic alliance-counseling is a team effort, and we achieve the best results when we work together. Part of my counseling style is taking the time to get to know you and truly understand your issues. Having been to counseling myself, I've experienced times when I felt the therapist wasn't trying to understand my problems. I promised myself that when I became a counselor, I would never let any of my patients feel like I didn't care. I take pride in getting to know you and understanding your challenges.
