UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I use client-based approaches in my sessions to help clients see all of their options in situations, evaluate the pros and cons of each, and let them make their decisions based on those concepts. Everything I do is non-judgmental and focuses on what the client perceives to be the issue, and we then explore what other things may be going on that the client is unaware of. I am a very calm, relaxed, and soothing person with a great sense of humor. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
