Getting to know Richard Vincent

Greetings! My name is Richard V. Daly III, LCSW. I am happy that you have found your way here. I'm a highly experienced clinical therapist. I attended Southern Connecticut State University and earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work. I have over 45 years of treatment experience. I specialize in solution-focused and strength-based treatment. My areas of expertise are Individual, Family, and Couples Therapy, as well as Parent Coaching. I look forward to helping you find happiness and achieve all of your goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

One main goal I try to emphasize is a focus on positive thinking while learning to reject all negative thoughts. This includes a focus on acceptance of the many things past, present and future that are beyond our control.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

It has been a challenging and maturing experience. My husband and I have grown in areas we didn’t think we needed growth. Richard is direct, relatable, and solution-based in his approach to our sessions.
