I am skilled in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as specialized DBT protocols for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) including DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT PE) and DBT for PTSD.
