Ever hear anyone say, “The one thing in life I really enjoy is struggling with my anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, etc.”? Of course not—that would be silly. But that’s what many people do: struggle, fight, and put their time and energy into focusing on something they would swear to anyone who would listen that they don’t like in the first place. You deserve to get unstuck, move forward, or move past things that have been taking up far more time and space in your life than you want. I believe in working with people to help them focus their energy on the things that matter most. I have been in the counseling profession for over 15 years. I specialize in addiction, trauma, and helping people deal with worries, anxieties, and fears in a judgment-free environment. I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

I work with clients from the start to identify what is important to them and how to focus their energy on those things rather then continuing to struggle with things that aren't

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first appointment is an initial "get to know you session" which includes intake questions and really is to help identify the areas of your own life that you would like to work on and how I can best help with that
