I take a collaborative approach, listening closely and helping you identify goals that are meaningful to you. Together, we use practical, evidence-based strategies to build skills, solve problems, and work through challenges. Sessions may include talk therapy, guided exercises, and reflection, and I adjust my approach based on your needs. When working with teens, I often partner with parents or caregivers to support growth at home.
